Having the Meragi team plan our wedding in India was the best decision we made! Planning a wedding from across the world is not easy but Meragi made sure there was no detail left behind. They were so attentive to every aspect of the planning and execution process. In the end we had a two day wedding in which all of our friends and family had a blast. Since the wedding we’ve heard feedback including “that was the best wedding I’ve ever been to” and “it was epic - felt like a Bollywood wedding”. Even we were able to have a great time since we had Meragi to attend to all the day-of issues that inevitable come up. Because of the time zone differences we had meetings at odd hours for almost a year. The team was always accommodating. Every single member of the team that worked on our wedding was unbelievably professional and respectful of all our guests and vendors. We can’t recommend them enough! Shoutout to Anjana, Ayesha, Swati, Shravani, Mayank and the rest of the crew!!

Think twice before you go ahead with Meragi on their fancy behavior & cozy conversations initially Worst Experience ever with any company or a startup claiming to a brand Please don't trust the team & their false promises Initially everything will go well unless a customer pays 100% amount Actual harassment starts when you realize that even after paying almost 2X of market price & you get the poorest quality work done in terms of fabric or used flowers or internal poor coordination withing sales & on ground team. Also, Non responsive and helpless team members while execution irritated us a lot. We wish we would have gone with some local vendor

Absolute professionals. So glad that we picked Meragi. Folks were in constant touch right from choosing the package till the wedding event. A day before the wedding we had a last minute requirement and they delivered it without any hassle. All the decorations were done right on time. Highly appreciate Dhanya and the whole team.

I want to share my experience to help others decide wisely. I trusted Meragi with the decor for my wedding, but it turned out to be a big mistake. Dealing with Meragi was tough because they weren't very professional. During the planning phase, Meragi was often late and didn't pay attention to details. They hardly replied to our messages, and when they did, they always had excuses for not finishing their tasks on time. One big problem was when they suddenly changed the backdrop color without thinking about how it would affect everything else. This made the backdrop color not match what we wanted. Also, on the first day of the wedding, there were issues with the lights near the backdrop. We told Meragi about it, but they didn't fix it, so we had to work around unlit lights during important moments like taking photos and sangeet. We were surprised and disappointed that there was no one from Meragi's team at the venue to make sure everything was working well, especially since decorating is their main job. On the second day, they set up the mandap in the wrong color, which was frustrating because we spent a lot of time choosing the right colors. Instead of taking responsibility, Meragi blamed us, which made us question their honesty and professionalism. We also hired event coordinators through Meragi, but they were not informed & prepared, and we ended up doing a lot of the work ourselves, which was frustrating and felt like a waste of money. Meragi collected 100% payment upfront, but the quality of their work didn't even meet our minimum expectations. Looking back, I wish we had chosen a different vendor who could have done a better job for the same price. Even after all the problems, Meragi asked us to give them a 5-star rating, which showed they didn't understand how unhappy we were. In summary, based on my experience, I strongly advise against hiring Meragi for any future events. They didn't meet professional standards and didn't keep their promises, which made our wedding experience very disappointing.

Thank you so much Meragi for making our wedding decorations absolutely breathtakingly beautiful with all of your time and effort. Kudos to Shaoni and Sree for being so supportive and understanding our expectations and giving us amazing decorations ideas. It was beyond what we ever had hoped it would be. As much as good photos store memories, Thanks to you guys those memories look absolutely amazing because of the transformation you guys did to the place.

Horrible experience for my brothers wedding. We had hired Meragi 5 months in advance and discussed everything in detail with their SO called designer Nikitha. During booking they gave a lot of confidence but they ruined our event. The person who we were in contact with (Nikitha) did not even show up during the event, some random people came who had idea on what was discussed. Our event was delayed by 1hour because of them; our guests had arrived and they were not ready with the handover. It was extremely embarrassing. Even after all this, they did not deliver what was committed. Many items were missing from the decor, the decor was flimsy and was falling down (our guests had to hold it from falling through the event). More so the light stand fell on one of our guests when they were removing the lights getting them hurt. Horrible experience., please please don’t fall for their words. We paid a huge amount and it was not at all worth it. There are much better designers and decorators in Hyderabad.

I had given my wedding’s decoration contract to Meragi and they did the best job! Everyone loved their work and they gave us the exact results are expected! Monika and Dania were really helpful and gave the best and reasonable options and everything turned out to be perfect! Thank you Meragi❤️
