We planned our entire Udaipur wedding from the US, and Meragi made it feel unbelievably seamless. From day one, Bhavika and Akansha handled everything proactively. They anticipated needs before we even voiced them, guided us through every decision, and truly became people we could blindly trust throughout the process. During the wedding days, they were present literally day and night, coordinating every little detail, answering every family member’s question, and becoming the go-to people for anything and everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to lean on. A special shout-out to Jaishree for creating the most stunning decor for every event. Each setup was beyond anything we had imagined, elegant, thoughtful, and absolutely breathtaking. Our guests are still talking about it! The only area that fell short was the RSVP and logistics management. With better internal coordination, a lot of the last-minute confusion could have been avoided. It didn’t overshadow the overall experience, but it’s something that can definitely be improved for future couples. Overall, we’re extremely grateful to the Meragi team for giving us the wedding of our dreams. 💛

We had chosen Meragi for photography. And honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. I had a certain vision of the videos and pictures I wanted. And meragi made sure I got it. Starting from the song selection to even the length of it was perfect. I'm especially grateful to Daniel for being the best photographer ever! He wasn't just our photographer, he was literally a blessing in disguise. He made sure every single thing was absolutely perfect. I very highly recommend the team for your photography needs!

Title: Deeply Disappointed – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Catering Service Review: Our family hosted our wedding event on 25th and 26th October 2025 at Sristii Villas, managed by Meragi Events. Unfortunately, the catering team led by Mr. Praveen displayed extremely unprofessional, rude, and insensitive behavior during both the evening reception and the morning Muhurtam. They refused to provide water bottles even after several polite requests. Guests were expected to walk all the way to the dining hall every time just to get water. When we suggested keeping water cans with disposable glasses near the room reception, the staff rudely replied that “it was not agreed with the agency.” When I personally asked for an extra water bottle while having lunch, the service staff whispered, “Sir, they will blast me if I ask — we were told to give only one bottle per person, that too once.” Hearing this in front of my colleagues from the Customs and Income Tax Department, where I also serve, was deeply humiliating. Adding to this, around 50% of the tea and coffee cups provided were leaking, and when we requested to send even one cup of coffee to the bride’s room, the staff bluntly denied, saying they couldn’t do that. This showed a complete lack of courtesy and basic hospitality. Several senior officials, including Assistant Commissioners and Commissioner-level officers, attended our event and expressed disappointment, stating that “a better caterer could have handled things far more professionally.” As hosts, it was extremely embarrassing to face such remarks. To make matters worse, the kitchen was shut sharply at 9:00 AM, and guests arriving slightly late were rudely denied food. Though Mr. Vallab tried his best to manage the issue, the damage was already done. We urge Meragi to take strict action against such behavior and re-evaluate their catering partners. A wedding is once in a lifetime — not a place to display arrogance, negligence, and lack of respect. Extremely poor experience. Deeply hurt and disappointed.

We recently celebrated our niece’s wedding at Anantara, Jaipur and the entire event was planned and managed by Vaishali. From creating distinct vibes for each function to coordinating artists, managing entries, and taking care of every detail, she handled everything with professionalism and ease. Big thanks to Vaishali & Anmol and the entire meragi team for ensuring everything went seamlessly.
