I have been here many times and have had an amazing experience. I'm highly impressed by the way Mercy Veena and her team deal with their customers. Mercy is extremely friendly..loving& caring. With her high knowledge about beauty products..she guides her customers and suggests solutions for problems related to skin and hair. The salon is perfectly clean and well maintained. When it comes to the products used they are 💯superior brands for both skin and hair. I’ve sought the services of Mercy beauty academy and ladies salon multiple times in the past for haircut, hair colour and more. This gave me a lot of confidence to approach them to be the makeup artist for my wedding as well. Mercy and her staff are absolute professionals they know their craft! I have sensitive skin and was apprehensive about too much makeup and wanted a natural minimal look. Mercy made sure I was comfortable and made me look my best! I received a ton of complements and the make up stayed throughout the day! It held beautifully from start till the end without any touch ups. She truly cares about making her client feel beautiful and confident! She kept telling me to calm down, relax and enjoy the process when I was stressing about the arrangements. I felt like I was in the hands of a true expert!

So I recommended by my friend for Bridal package. And I am glad to have gone to Mercy. Makeup stayed flawlessly till evening in scorching heat and humidity. And I looked stunning the whole time. The package included facial, waxing etc did not have any side affects, every girls nightmare. Friendly staff and timely completion.Loved it
