Worst experience. Lost most of the wedding videos due to hard disk crash and the team showed no empathy. Lied to us initially. Took 90% payment already. Yes, they did try their best to recover. I will give them a thumbs up on that. But when they had to deliver on whatever was recovered, their work was unprofessional in terms of project management and customer experience. They are a young team with good individual talents but lack experience in working as a professional team. Lack the empathy to work in the creative service industry.
