Absolutely Heartbroken and Furious – Beware of Gaurav Ghosh Photography! I trusted Gaurav Ghosh with capturing the most precious moments of my life — my wedding — and what I received in return was a deeply disappointing, painful experience that I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. From the start, Gaurav was charming and persuasive. But once the payment was made in full — before even a single deliverable was handed over, everything changed. Let me break this down: 🔴 The promised package? Half delivered. - The pen drive with edited photos? Never received. - The Instagram reels? Never created. - The wedding album? A complete joke — it contained ANOTHER COUPLE’S names printed inside. - The wedding video? Promised 40 mins to 1 hour, delivered a sloppy, unedited 37-minute clip that felt rushed and careless. When I reached out for the remaining items, I was met with shocking arrogance. He had the audacity to ask for more money, claiming, “The price you paid was two years ago — prices have changed now.” Really? Then why wait two whole years to mention it? His response: “I thought you didn’t need them since you didn’t keep following up.” What kind of professional says that? As someone who now lives outside India, I feel completely taken advantage of. Gaurav cashed in on the fact that I couldn't physically be present — and ghosted me after getting paid. And when I finally got through to him, his tone was condescending and hostile: “I gave you the video and album. That’s it. Do whatever you want.” That’s not just unprofessional — that’s unethical. If you're considering working with Gaurav Ghosh, think again. He is unreliable, manipulative, and only interested in squeezing more money out of you while delivering far less than promised. 💔 This was supposed to be the most beautiful memory of my life. Instead, it became a bitter, expensive regret. Please — do not fall for his trap. Protect your memories. Choose someone who respects your trust.

Misty Moments did an incredible job capturing our wedding! Their team was professional, creative, and made us feel at ease. The photos and videos were stunning, with perfect lighting and editing that brought our special moments to life. They blended seamlessly into the event. Delivery was timely, and the final album was amazing. Highly recommended!

Worst experience. Lost most of the wedding videos due to hard disk crash and the team showed no empathy. Lied to us initially. Took 90% payment already. Yes, they did try their best to recover. I will give them a thumbs up on that. But when they had to deliver on whatever was recovered, their work was unprofessional in terms of project management and customer experience. They are a young team with good individual talents but lack experience in working as a professional team. Lack the empathy to work in the creative service industry. ------------- Writing after delivery of all items All photographs delivered All video delivered, even though we lost about 75% raw video footage, we had enough to make a 1 hour video which included photographs with animation. It took some time, but the project is closed. This team has a lot of individual talent but needs to work on their project management skills which anyone learns with experience. I'm sure they have gained the experience by now. A lot of our wedding memories got deleted due to the incident, something we won't get back, which I am not saying is their fault completely. Had things been planned better, maybe some of these issues could have been avoided. I'm sure they have reflected back to this incident and made necessary work style changes. Throughout my wedding I never had to think twice for the photography. They covered everyone and everything, never said no, cooperative, very much punctual, generous and had a hell lot of energy to shoot every bit of the wedding. Post wedding they assisted in everything. I totally depended on them for my wedding video songs and they are very much apt and innovative. I chose mesmera album and they assisted me whole heartedly and it came out as I had wanted which made me more happy. Today I can tell that I have chosen the best photographers who can deliver way beyond what you will imagine. Thanks to Memories and Moment for capturing beautiful Moments and making it more beautiful Memory of mine.

my weeding on 27th January, 2023. Staring from pre-wedding to wedding they did a fabulous job. Pros :- Service and behaviour- 6/5 I can't forget their support at my bad time. Our marrige was rescheduled just two days back of the actual date(1st December, 2021) due to some emergency. But they have supported us and finishes off in style without charging any extra cost. Thanks team and Gourav. Quality:- 5/5 Wow, they have changed the concept of wedding photography. It's not like taking a group pic , it's all about candid. And candid at its best. Really hats off to the team for this creativity. They are also best in Cinematography and the main good part is they are not repeating their work. Time:- 5/5 Yes, they are on time not only in the ceremony but also they are on time about delivery. Team:- 5/5 Really, Gourav and his team at their best. Much appreciated.

Totally impressed with the work. I am satisfied over the top. They are so very professional in their work. Were very punctual in reaching the site and equally punctual were they in delivering all the photographs and videos. The staff is courteous too. Did top notch work, the photographs say it all. Superb editing, wonderful effects. Loved the teasers too. The videos too are so great. Would definitely recommend Misty Moments to you all out there for every little moment of yours that needs to get captured.
