Its extremely unlikely and unprofessional behaviour after complaining no helpful response from employees. Horrendous experience with NTMA, very mismanaged and unorganised. They take make-up bookings without being competent enough of providing the services. For example there was no hairdryer in the salon and later they found one…they had taken many bookings so people literally had to wait till the hairdryer is free…the annoying hairstylist was doing the hairdo of one person and then leaving midway and started with the hairdo of another person.I had booked 3 makeups with Neha and one with a senior artist…while Neha focused on completing the makeups on time compromising on the quality of service thqt she was offering extremely cakey makeup, bad brow shaping etc. looked like we have not come for a party but some drama…there was no senior artist available to do the fourth makeup…we had to literally shout and scream to get the makeups done.Further,the makeup was so bad that by the time we reached the venue it was all cakey and had a bad white cast. Moreover, the next day I developed acne on my face! This is not the kind of experience anyone would ask for…terrible terrible. NTMA must really pull up their socks.

I love the product and concept of quick, easy and straight... The part I loved is that the service provided by @Mr.Irfan & @Mr.Vijay...I have thick hair and it usually takes me an hour to get my hair straightened with an iron. This was a simple 3hrs So while I love that part, it doesn't work if you can't get the damn thing on in the first place. Fix that, the placement of controls, and I would recommend you to go at the #NEHA TRIPATHI'S MAKE-UP ACADEMY... The service provided by the staff is also very nice and friendly.. Thank u so much..?

Neha has been an amazing makeup artist. I first saw her work at my Friend's wedding and became a fan of the subtle and soft makeup. I had decided the same day that she will be my makeup artist for my wedding. She did my engagement and bridal makeup and both were to the point, exactly what I wanted. A year and a half later she did the makeup of my sister in law and mine for my brother's engagement which was again flawless. Before starting my wedding makeup, I just shared a one-line instruction(with her) regarding how I want my look to be, and post that, I just sat on my chair and let Neha do her magic.
