The worst possible vendor I’ve used for any purpose has been Royal Invites Company. While placing the order, the people on whatsapp were extremely responsive and would promptly pick up calls to answer queries. Once the order is placed with them, expect complete silence and unexplained delays. Despite being promised a quick turnaround time for the e invite order, I had to message and call them every day for at least 3 weeks. Not once was my call ever picked up, and false reassurances were provided over whatsapp, that too after 7-8 hours. Somehow, after weeks of struggle and following up, I received the e invite. No doubt the design was good (which is the only reason I put up with their delays), but because of the delay I had already faced, I was forced to compromise with a lot of content in the invite. After having chosen them for the e invite designing, my next mistake was to also let them print and courier the invites, because that was part of the deal since the beginning, and I decided to give them the benefit of doubt. For this printing, I was promised 2 days for printing and dispatch, and maximum 2 days for delivery. I was further asked to pay the full amount upfront before they would start printing. For this they decided to give me a call, a rare occurrence, but since more money was involved, they clearly didn’t have an issue with being on a phone call. The real nightmare started after this. I followed up with them for the printed invites for an entire week, since the wedding was getting very close and we were still without invites. Of course, none of my calls were answered, but delayed responses assuring me that the dispatch will happen soon continued. Today was the definitive promised date for the delivery. I followed up the whole day regarding the delivery. The person I was in touch with claimed that the package was picked up 3 days ago, so he has no idea why Delhivery (their supposed courier partner) had not delivered the package yet. He further claimed to have gone to the Delhivery office, spoken to the manager, and found out that my phone was unreachable at the time of delivery, so it failed. Since I was at home all day during this time, I am extremely suspicious of this claim. I kept asking him for the tracking ID to understand the truth, but this has still not been shared with me. I even offered to come to their office to pick up the package, even though I live extremely far away, but they have not shared their complete address despite asking them for it several times. So as of today, I have paid this person money and do not have the product in my hand. I have also requested that if the printing is not manageable, they can refund me the money and I will manage the printing myself despite the inconvenience I will face (of course no refund has or ever will be provided). My wedding invitations are therefore nowhere in sight, thereby delaying a lot of things. I hope this review has been helpful to those considering this service. I further hope that popular pages like Wedmegood stop hosting such vendors, as it is not fair to customers relying on these platforms for tips. I will attach some screenshots to help the readers understand the depth of this vendor’s irresponsible behaviour.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional artist. Please don’t mind spending more for someone more trust worthy and reliable. This team is a proper scam artist who take your money and stop responding to calls and texts. Don’t be fooled by their Instagram page where they promise you the world through their responses. The fact that this Mohsin Khan, who has given a 5 star rating here, works at Royal Invite Company should be enough reason to stay far away from this unreliable group of artists.
