Have had the worst experience with Stotram. I bought a kurta set online - paid for it in May 2023. I was assured that they will do a in-person measurement - which never happened. Its been months of followup - I have an ill fitting damaged kurta set, and they dont pick up my calls. I am now posting on this forum hoping to get the attention of their team, who will refund and take back the kurta set. I am attaching an email I receieved from them in August 2023, in which they apologized and promised immediate resolution - I am still waiting for that resolution!
