Working with Charannya and Akram from Wedding Experience for our three-day wedding event was an absolute delight! Their attention to detail in design was impeccable, creating stunning and cohesive looks for each ceremony - from the vibrant and festive Haldi decor to the intricate and colorful Mehndi setup, and finally, the elegant and breath-taking wedding day decorations. What truly set them apart was their exceptional speed in delivering preliminary design ideas and mood boards, which helped us visualize the final look early on in the planning process. Their consultative approach was invaluable, as they took the time to understand our vision and preferences, offering creative suggestions that enhanced the overall ambiance of each event. The wedding experience helped me plan my dream wedding. I've always wanted a beach wedding and they were there right from helping me choose the right venue, plan my event schedule, helping me pick the right entertainment for every occasion, gave me different decor themes and we had a beautiful Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet and Wedding ceremony. They also got RSVP from guests, helped arranged logistics for them and it was seamless. I don't know what I'd have done without them! We had the absolute pleasure of working with the Wedding Experience and words truly fall short in expressing our gratitude for the magical experience they created for our daughter’s wedding. Ours was a 3-day wedding celebration in India that involved guests and family spread across multiple countries in different continents—and yet, every single detail was flawlessly executed. From the vibrant Haldi ceremony to the joyful Mehendi, the sacred Muhurtham, and finally the grand Reception, each event was planned with immense thought, cultural sensitivity, and precision. The team handled complex logistics and time zone coordination with grace and professionalism, ensuring that nothing was lost in translation of what our expectations were. What really stood out was their ability to blend traditional South Indian elements with our modern preferences. The decor was breathtaking and the flow of each event felt both intimate and spectacular. this is perhaps because we were a smaller wedding but we did not feel that the team was on top of the event. several of the details that we had shared would get forgotten and we would have to remind them. several key things were also left to the last minute causing issues for us and the venues werent ready in time for the events - we had to have family members there directing their team and pushing them to have it done. also simple details that I would have expected their experience - for e.g. we paid more for real Bougainville but those didn't last even an hour and were completed faded. I would have expected them to know and recommend an alternate to us. finally they also seemed to not be too concerned on areas of additional expense to us and this was a constant challenge where we had to deal with the vendors directly to get the right pricing. for example, the venue charged us more since the decor team took more time to do the set up. additionally they had advised us to account for 40% more number plates to accomodate service staff which ended up being not needed. overall, would suggest working with them only if you have significant time to dedicate to follow up and project management.

Ever since I saw an instagram reel I too imagined having a beautiful varmala with sparklers and flowers and they executed that to perfection without any compromise in our budget. That moment is forever etched in our hearts. The mandap decor was elegant too. Thank you Charannya and Akram.

The decor was just like they designed and all the staff who came were so helpful and flexible. They had accommodated my last minute ideas w so much enthusiasm and I felt so stress free on the day of my engagement. The lighting in the lawn outside the venue was done so beautifully at night and we got nice shots by the swing that they had decorated as well. Everyone said it was grand as they left. Thank you for being responsive and truly helping me have a wonderful wedding experience

I came to Charannya with preset ideas on how I wanted the decor to be which only got better and more amazing with their inputs. All the little detailing they thought and curated for my mehendi was simply too cute. And, the best part is they delivered what they had promised.

We had three events back-to-back but in different venues, the decor, logistics, planning everything was executed to perfection by the duo, Charannya and Akram. They helped us source veni, garlands and made sure we got what we wanted. Truly happy to have picked them.

My partner’s parents wanted the wedding to happen in their ancestral home. We stay outside of India whereas the home is in Karaikudi. Chrannya and Akram connect with us online to understand our requirements thoroughly and travel often to meet the vendors and get all the prep done before we arrive. From there it was only smooth sailing. We couldn’t imagine it being any other way. For someone who wanted a beach wedding this could have been a let down but their immaculate decor work transformed the whole space and their design concepts were beautifully executed.

I wanted my wedding to be customized on every level because I wanted it to be unique. Charannya was like an idea box pitching one after the other until we sat and finalized all that we wanted to do. Even after seeing the final moodboard we were hesitant on how it’s all gonna all turn out, given it had so much work to be done. But the team made sure that every detail was just how I wanted from the prints, patterns to everything was carefully created, hand-made or sourced to give the exact output. I cannot wait for my pictures now! Thank you so much team, it was a pleasure working with you guys
