I called her for my wedding makeup and she was really harsh and very bad in responding to calls or texts..she just texts to inform the rates and nothing after that. No replies to queries. No replies to calls. I literally wasted few days waiting for her to respond and once in a blue moon she would give one word replies which is not at all understandable . I thought may be its just how I feel but then I saw a couple of reviews about her arrogant behaviour and thought I would also let people know how inconvenient it is to work with such people

I had booked(paid advance which was refunded)her for my sister's wedding and she was rude and unprofessional. Seeing my very first message on whatsapp she asked if I lived abroad and didn't hesitate for a sec to ask for products from the States. From then on, just like how most people in India treat NRIs I lost the credibility to ask for any complimentary services. We live far from the auditorium and required the artist to come to the venue which most of the artists we enquired agreed on and also offered hair & other accessories. I did enquire the same with her and she flipped for no reason. It is hard enough to finance all the different aspects of a wedding, enquiring for complimentary/additional services does help with budgeting and i dont think professionals should get offended with enquiires. If they can't provide a service there is always a better way to answer customers. We have even approached celebrity makeup artists and they were very professional and answered every question without a tinge of hesitation. I would go to another artist who is patient and easy to work with as everyone would like to avoid any kind of stress on the big day!!!
