We had a two-day, four-event wedding celebration and chose Vora Events as our planners— and they were incredible! Umang, Shruthi, and Hardik went above and beyond, handling not just the decor but also check-ins, event sequences, and any last-minute family requests. They also surprised us with additional stunning decor elements and a beautifully planned entry sequence for our after-party, making our celebration even more special. We didn’t have to worry about a thing during our events because of their attention to detail, great coordination and execution. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

Loved that we chose them for our wedding. They made our dreams a reality. Extremely patient, understood what we wanted and delivered exactly that! Finding magicians, illusionists, musical phera options, best caricaturist etc - they have gone to the end of the world to make our wedding soooo beautiful. Would definitely recommend them for events ??

Had them plan my son‘s naming ceremony and my experience wasn’t the best. Tbh I regret choosing them because I had another event planner who was ready to do it for the same amount but considering that me & Umang invested more time already in planning things, I choose him (he also seemed to be pretty confident). Umang is a great guy but when it comes to work as an event management company I don’t recommend them. Out of 10, I can say that they have 4 positives and 6 negatives… Positives: They are available for calls & meetings very conveniently, he understands the decor ideas pretty quickly, he provides good recommendations for vendors & how to plan the event, he really did put efforts to fulfil a last minute requirement. He gives honest opinions about things which you may and may not need. Negatives (this was my personal experience): Minor Billing issue but I expected it to be handled with some dignity, communication was somehow an issue ( everything should have been mentioned clearly before the event as to what to expect on the event day), not delivering what was agreed & denying or covering it up when a feedback is given, politely defends feedbacks (no scope of discussion here in case you wish to negotiate on something that wasn’t delivered or wasn’t as expected), there was a delay (not significant) on the day of the event- venue was ready to start a little later (but we also started a bit late so this was not a big problem but we had to wait a little bit longer ) and availability on the event date (after they set up everything their team member left, there was no one to help me if and which I needed something)
