I booked Sheenal Ahuja for a wedding I had to attend in Agra and had paid her advance for 2 events . The artist did not reach the venue, when I called the phone was unanswered . I called multiple times then I connected with Sheenal and she said I don’t know what happened, my artist is not taking my call as well . I was already late for my function in all this I ended up doing my makeup myself . The hair artist did my hair , the next day I said , i don’t want to depend on you for the makeup , just send the hair artist as I had paid her advance money . She refused that only hair artist cannot come and the advance money is adjusted in the hairdo and conveyance . She was very smarty overcharging me to keep the entire advance and stopped picking my call. I later had to be rude to her and warn her for consequences as I had all her msgs and prices discussed after which she agreed to refund my pending balance . In total my entire event was ruined and I had to manage everything on my own at last moment even after booking her way In advance . I would seriously warn everyone against booking her for any special event . Very bad experience

Choosing your makeup artist for your big day is challenging. When I was scrolling my news feed on instagram, sheenal account was pop up. I really liked her makeup’s which she had done in the past. That is the time I decided to message her but the most appreciated part is when she talks to her client and value their demands. I was soo lucky to have her as my MUA for my cocktail party and wedding day. Sheenal and her team is very cooperative and funny too. She did very natural makeup on me. I really loved my both the looks. I will really recommend her to out all the beautiful ladies who wants to get their makeup done. She is the best.

Her work is not upto mark...she forgot to bring all the hair accessories for a bride makeup like hair donuts, hair extensions which was discussed in advance for bridal and complimentary makeup in advance. she made my mom look like black sulken eyes and ugly.. everyone at function said she looks better without makeup. Her bridal makeup got smudged before I reached for my jaimala. She did not bring professional hair artist. She does not have sense for what shade she should apply for the which function. For bride she did not brought any gajra....rome random white flowers she brought. She told me that she will use all high end product but she used Swiss beauty products.

Sheenal did the most amazing makeup looks for my wedding in Mathura. She was always on time despite the fog advisory making it difficult to travel by car. Along with her hairstylist Dimpal who was supremely talented as well, she made me feel at ease for all the functions. Each of her three looks (Haldi, Sangeet, Reception) were unique, subtle, and gorgeous. Instead of making me look different than usual or cakey, each look enhanced my innocence and got me compliments from everybody. She was very gentle on my face and used lasting makeup that stayed for over 24 hours without streaks or spots. Sheenal even made my sister happy with her party looks for my wedding.
