What is the significance of pictures? Meenakshi has taught me its not just about capturing moments. Anybody can hold a camera and click pictures. Meenakshi, well she is different. Her pictures give you so much joy, hope and a sense of love that sometimes our naked eye misses. Her work makes you feel warm and loved, almost as if somebody is hugging you! My husband and I got married on February 09, 2019 and I think other than marrying my husband, having her as our photographer was the second best decision of my life :) Obviously she is hardworking, a thorough professional, punctual, takes keen interest in everything and will probably become a favourite amongst family and friends. But what is that one thing which sets her apart from other commercial photographers? It is the pure love and happiness with which she works. She is truly an artist. When you are so happy doing what you do best, nothing can stop you from being exceptional. She is so gifted and she has used her gift to make so many of us soooooo happy. I look at our wedding pictures every single day and they still bring the biggest smile :) I also had the privilege of meeting her husband and they are the most adorable people. I think when you are so dearly loved, you prosper more. I love you Meenakshi and wish nothing but the best for you. It should be illegal to have another photographer when there's Meenakshi. If you are getting married and need a photographer look no further. She is everything you need and so much more. Truly. Thank you Meenakshi, not just for taking the best wedding pictures but also for reminding all of us that all we need to do is smile :)

Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan outside Pune. The food was to die for and all the guests were eating for three days straight! The service was amazing and there was nothing to be worried about.

For the reception we chose Aqaba in Mumbai. The venue is beautiful and the food is to die for! The guests loved the place, the food and the decor so much!

Wedding Planners

The decor was done by this wedding planner called Preet Luxury Weddings. We faced a lot of problems with them but on the final day everything worked out. My advice to all brides and grooms would be to make sure you have one family member or friend who is completely in charge of the decor on your wedding day and knows what you have asked for. This makes sure the wedding planner is indeed executing your plan :)

Bridal Makeup

Makeover by Shachi Singh. She was the MOST AMAZING make up artist ever. I found her on WedMeGood and trust me, with artists like her a bride needs to worry about nothing. She is professional, creative and we connected immediately on our styles.

Mehendi Artist

My best friend Ravina made my mehendi. She is actually an artist who is famous for wall art. But she is so good that she can even make bridal mehendis! All the guests went fully crazy cause my mehendi was so so beautiful and personal.

Bridal Wear

My mehendi sharara and wedding lehenga was made by Falguni Bhuta who is an expert in bridal outfits. She understood what I wanted, which is a yellow lehenga! At all times the idea was to keep outfits reusable and I am so happy I chose her!

Bridal Wear

My cocktail gown was from Stitch Nine which is a boutique in Bandra. They are experts in cocktail gowns and since the theme for the cocktails was shimmer, Yashna from Stitch Nine knew exactly what would work. We discussed my idea once and I got what I wanted and so much more!
