DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL, If you want to have a convenient experience for guests to your planned occasion and a hassle free experience for the family and special experience for the bride and the groom. Wedding function in our family was planned at the venue, We had a very bad experience and the celebrations were affected by the services provided by the hotel. To list some of the shortcomings 1. Staff attitude: the staff attitude was very unprofessional and unresponsive. It would take several reminders for any request to be addressed let alone the request to be fulfilled immediately . On several occasions the hotel staff would point fingers at the external vendor and shy away from fulfilling their responsibility. The GM of the hotel is a very rude person and behaved in a very uncourteous way , when rather than addressing the raised difficulty he was trying to insult the guest by passing rude and condescending comments, The expectation was that for each and every requirement the GM needs to be reached out to . This was a sign of Poor management, where the instructions were not communicated to the staff on ground which led to confusion and chaos, with our guest left stranded for the expected and promised services. 2. We also got to know the hotel management were non co-operative with the externally hired vendors, which impacted their capability to provide service 3. The rooms accessibility: We had booked 25 Rooms at the venue for accommodating the guests. Barring 4 rooms in each of the building. It was a herculean task for the guest to move around, from rooms to venue weddings area and the restaurants .As the rooms are only accessible by Stairs creating a challenge for the elderly. Also difficult to carry the ceremonial items to the venue. 4. Catering: The staff were casual and untrained which left the guests fending for themselves. The hotel staff had to reminded to start the buffet and we had to be constantly behind them to ensure that the servings were done ( Bad experience). 5. Parking: NO provision for the guest to park the cars, the cars had to be parked far off from the venue and the guests have to walk on unpaved, and dangerous to reach the wedding. ( My car got a Dent as the parking was too crowded ) 6. Venue is very far of and inland and difficult to reach
