Worst experience of a Banquet Hall in my life. Seriously, never book the hall for any event here. I am not a hater. I am a Sufferer. We booked the Banquet Hall for my son’s first birthday. It was a gathering of 125 people. Short and sweet. I invited all the dearest of mine. The reception time started at 7: 00 PM. All guests were present by 8-8:30 PM. But they opened the food at 10:30 PM. I paid most of the amount to the manager beforehand. Still, he ordered the staff to stop catering to the guests. He asked for the remaining amount before the breakout of the party. Also, he started getting very rude and made a scene before my guests and relatives. And the food was of sub-par quality and not-at-all savory. It didn’t have the suave of a Caterer but a LOCAL HALWAI. It was very embarrassing. Worst of all, THEY RUINED THE DAY FOR US. It was a total disaster and a humiliating experience. Half of my guests left before dinner. I planned this event for months, and they shat over it like it was nothing. I lost the money, and respect, and end up with a bitter experience. Zero on Management, Zero on Hospitality, and negative on Compassion.

This Pitampura banquet facility just opened and provides excellent space and catering. Birthday parties, events, and other gatherings are perfect to host there. It was worthwhile for me to attend a Mata ki chowki cum birthday party here.
