This is an honest review based on my first hand experience with Chahals Artesia. First thing.. Owner is a really money-minded person. It's all good looks with absolutely low quality service and cheat management. Be it the food quality, hospitality, DJ, serving staff or management.. everything is of poor quality and everyone is there just to earn money and they really don't care about the event or guests. They don't stick to their own words and keep changing their statements regarding the charges and services decided while booking. They change the booked menu, venue entry, decor etc according to their wish without even consulting or letting the customer know about changes which creates chaos, embarrassment and confusion for the hosts and guests. They would book 3-4 baraat functions for single night without letting the hosts know about it and all baraats have single entry point.. Just imagine the chaotic situation if more than 1 barat arrives at same venue at same time..with single entry. They don't even have the innate humanity in them to help bride carry her luggage to the booked rooms which are on 1.5 floor during check-in. The staff says no easily and they lend a deaf ear to any complains so forth. This is the situation when you have booked the rooms in advance. They also have the audacity to bother hosts at the 16th min for clearing full payment even if it means that you have to stop all your wedding prep and travel to the venue to only do the same. They harass the hosts with continuous calls to make full payments before the event as if its some sort of extortion. They would make calls to both parties to clear did before event itself Even for a meager 10k .. which creates such embarrassment for hosts. Your photos will be beautiful, because the benue is beautiful indeed
