We had a marriage of our Daughter on 02nd Nov.Our Experience was not good.We had booked two venues one was Pool side for Pheras and second one was hall for reception. Quality of Service was not good.We had booked Pool side since morning but people were using pool till 4 PM.We had to ask twice to close the pool. There was no one to Guide Barat.We had request them to send some one there. Ritesh had promised to start snacks at 7.30 PM.But till 8 PM there was no waiter.There was so much chaos at food at 8 PM. While taking payment they want 100% advance two days before the function.We had balance of advance Rs 50000 out of Rs 12 lac but Ritesh was after my life one day before the marriage to even get that.They were not ready to hand over Venu even for that. Quality of Food was good(Not Excellent) Hall quality was ok. Quality of Decoration by Vikrant was much below the average. All the flowers were stale & were of lower quality. Decoration was to almost similar to local tent house.Till 3PM he has not started the decoration while timing of reception of Barat at 4.30 PM.It was frustrating to get the work done from him We had pre wedding Cocktail at Golf course Noida,which was Excellent. Quality of Food and Service was Excellent. Decorator Rishi was much above Excellent. Every one praised for that event. I wish I had done marriage also at Golf Course.I would have saved money and also have got much better quality of Everything. Overall I will not recommend Crown Plaza

The banquet hall was really beautiful and the decor and catering were amazing,everyone was talking about the food.

Had my engagement function at the ballroom hall and loved everything from the food to decoration to the warm welcome at the reception. Great hospitality!

My wedding was completely planned by us...each and every vendor or thing was hand picked. No wedding planner was hired by us. Crowne Plaza was our "only option left" kinda venue due to changes in wedding dates due to Covid situation. Our previous wedding venue was not available on the new dates. A 5 star category hotel venue is bound to accompany many restrictions. Professionalism and hospitality: The hotel team managed almost everything well. But the food was not that great as they had new or irregular stuff due to the entire situation (Wedding date was Feb, 16, 2021) But I went to another event recently, the food was amazing as it was before Covid.

My wedding was at Crowne Plaza, Mayur Vihar and it was everything that I could have expected! From very courteous and humble hospitality to having an excellent panel of vendors who catered to wishes on point, the hotel delivered through and through and especially the food was fantastic and all the guests loved it. My in laws are from Kerala so the chef ensured that every meal had some south indian dishes as well just so that my in-laws and now extended family didn't feel away from home :) Moreover, all of us were staying at the hotel and all my functions were at the hotel and surprisingly, we did not get a single complaint or negative comment on the accomodation as well as the hospitality. We've previously also had a few functions at the hotel so now it feels like home :)

But the Crowne plaza staff was fully supportive, they took all the care and precautions from entry to exit. The food was absolutely delicious, we had asked the chef to prepare it punjabi style, and they made it oh so delicious. The venue hall was so grand, and with the flower decorations it looked even more beautiful, just how I had imagined it. The hotel made sure that the most special day of my life, becomes the most memorable one ❤️ Everyone had praises for the hotel and the staff. Every bride and groom can trust Crowne plaza, to make their wedding special.

We had an event at Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar. We had a 2 states wedding so our wedding was in Tamil Nadu and the reception was in Crowne Plaza. Overall experience was very good. The hospitality was quite decent. The hotel staff took good care of coordinating rooms and making food arrangements for our guests. The food preparation was also pretty good. They gave us a tasting session before the actual event where we could talk to the chef and customize items based on our liking . They were also available to take our requests on site and help us manage the event. Our guests were extremely happy . We had just one issue, we had to chose the decorator from the in house panel and the guy that hotel recommended (Ankit from Connexion events) wasn’t good. He setup the decoration based on how he wanted and not how we requested him to. He also changed the color theme of our stage without informing or asking us. This was the only issue which wasn’t exactly hotel’s fault

We booked this venue for our wedding. We felt that the coordination from the venue’s end could be more proactive. Aditya from Sales was our point of contact, and I had to follow up multiple times to get few points actioned (e.g, sending a copy of the signed contract). Thankfully, the team on the day of wedding from the hotel was helpful. The food was very well received by our guests and the chefs were receptive to last minute changes in flavor/seasoning as requested. What was a HUGE letdown was their empaneled decorator Seher Weddings. Their team (Akash, Ruby, Kartik) despite very specific and categorical instructions missed around 50% of the decor elements we had requested, and the decor was going on after 100 of my guests had arrived. I, being the groom, had to step away from my ceremonies and meet the decorator during my wedding, only to hear “We are doing our best”. If someone from Seher is reading this, please note 1 we trust and pay you for what is agreed upon, not what you perceive is “best”. Seher team spoilt my wedding decor with their shoddiness. If you chose to do your function at Crowne Plaza, please stay miles away from Seher for your decor - they are highly unprofessional and incompetent. I would highly urge Crowne Plaza to take Seher off the empaneled vendor list.

We chose Mayur ballroom at Hotel Crowne plaza to host my wedding, engagement as well as Haldi ceremony. The arrangements were very well managed. We also booked rooms for all our guests. Rooms were spacious and clean with all possible amenities. They provided an excellent buffet spread for breakfast as well as lunch.Loved the overall experience. A big thanks to Nishant for being so patient and making things happen the way we wanted.

This was our pre wedding functions venue .The venue has explicit interior and ambience .They have a great hospitality and royality.The manager was very understanding with our specific requirements.The catering was simply awesome with variety of cuisines and great taste.

I booked Crowne Plaza after looking for it on the WedMeGood App.The service was good and the guests liked the food and services as well. Although, they had charged me extra for some of the services and I am still waiting for the refund from the Crowne Plaza authority.

I booked this venue for birthday party of my child. The venue was lovely and the arrangements were too good. All of our guests were happy and enjoyed. They loved the food and even the decoration looked very pretty. We had a nice experience.

The staff is so helpful and accommodating! And I have to say the guests absolutely loved the food! The decor too was really appreciated! All in all- we were thrilled with our decision to have the wedding here! Highly recommended.
