One of the worst experience I ever had. Booked their Thyme banquet for Ist birthday party of my daughter and they made sure to ruin it. Party start time was 7 pm and the starters and drinks were no where to see till 9 pm. After repeatedly calling the staff, they started serving snacks very shabbily. The waiters were no where near to 5 star standard. We could’ve have got better services in a local banquet at half the price. They did not inform about their service lift not working and we ended up paying atleast 3000 extra to the decorator and DJ just for labour. I kept on running after the staff just to speed up the food serving. It was completely worthless to spend so much money on the so called 5 star property. They should mark themselves as (-)5 star. Pathetic is an understatement.
