Here is honest review of this banquet basis my experience: 1. I booked this banquet for my engagement scheduled in Jan’22. 20 days before my event, Delhi Govt. announced lockdown due to covid. Until 5 days before scheduled occasion , their employee who was dealing with us named Hitesh kept mentioning that our function will be happening without any restriction and later called just 4 days before event that they wouldn’t be able to host us. The issue is not that this was restricted due to Govt. order, however the issue was that that was communicated to us just 4 days before even when Govt. had announced this 20 days before the event. Conclusion - They don't care if your important event is cancelled at last hour (unprofessional behaviour) 2. Mr. Hitesh (employee) and Mr. Piyush (owner) later met and assured that I can get my any other function adjusted in future against the advance of Rs. 30000. We had an agreement. 3. We tried accommodating another event in the following year (March 2023). To which we were told that they did not have that date available. We agreed as we were not given option to get our refund of 30k back. Mr Piyush (owner) again spoke to us and reassured to get some other event adjusted against our advance. 4. Since we did not have any other event planned, I met the owner and asked for my refund. He pleaded to get that adjuster any time in future. 5. Here is the latest review - We again met them on 4th Aug 2025 and asked for a deal for an engagement function of my brother on 4th Oct. They gave us a deal and we had an agreement to book over the call. We visited their office on 10th August and mentioned to take advance and adjust our previous advance of 30k against the booking. After realising that they would now have to adjust our hard earn money with them for 3+ years. They started making excuses such as date is now booked to some other guests (same reason as they did mentioned in pt. 3). We said we are flexible. Give us any date in October’25. To which they raised the price by 55k (against the deal they had actually given before knowing about the adjustment. Additionally, they kept sending one employee or the other. Their names are Pradeep, Meenu. Piyush (owner) was supposed to meet us basis our discussion over the call. As soon as this discussed started, he never faced us. Moreover, their tone was so so unprofessional that we had to tell them to keep the change and that we will now be forced to take legal action to recover our hard earned money. Conclusion - The team is highly unprofessional, greedy and try to make money without hosting event. I would strongly suggest to refrain booking with them. I would also recommend Mrs. Meenu, Mr Pradeep to not be hired in any prestige hospitality industry. Also, refrain from dealing with Mr. Piyush who claim to be owner of this banquet and then is too unprofessional to lead the group as taking money from anyone and not returning back (in case of such cancellations) is highly unprofessional.

Worst place. People are not at all helpful here. Just over smart and think themself as if they are the only goons. I don’t recommend them at all. They spoiled my function badly & management staff is PATHETIC. They hired new people but they are useless. Worst experience ever. Previous management (Guest handlers/Sales people) were better. Big No No now.

They served stale food at weddings, guests got sick, no response to complaints, and no support post-event.
