A particularly noteworthy instance was when our function experienced a delayed start, pushing past the scheduled 11:00 p.m. conclusion. Despite this unexpected hiccup, Mr. Milind and the management at Exotica were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Their flexibility and willingness to extend the event ensured that our celebration continued seamlessly, demonstrating a level of customer service that went above and beyond our expectations. The attentive staff at Exotica played a crucial role in making our celebration a seamless experience. To add to the convenience, Exotica also provides overnight accommodation for approximately 35 people in their adjacent Royal Exotica villa. This allowed our close-knit group to continue the celebration into the night without worrying about travel arrangements, adding an extra layer of comfort and joy to our special day.
