1-Star Review: Golden Royale Banquet, Najafgarh Road Extremely disappointing experience – do not book this venue without visiting in person! The air conditioning does not work at all, and the management conveniently hides this fact. I visited during peak summer (May) and saw air coolers running inside the hall. It was suffocating and completely unprofessional. The owner and staff are rude and arrogant, showing zero courtesy or customer service. Their attitude is as poor as their maintenance. Food quality is below average, nothing close to what was promised. And the biggest shock: the place is full of rats! There are rat traps placed even inside the office, which says everything about their hygiene standards. Please do yourself a favor and visit the venue during an actual function before making any booking. Don’t fall for pictures or sweet-talking sales pitches. I completely regret choosing this banquet and will never recommend it to anyone.

This location is among the greatest for holding events. The personnel conducts themselves well, and the cuisine and presentation are superb. Management is excellent and the services are amazing.Would highly recommend.

Lavish Venue! The classic and modern construction. Beautiful on the outside and the inside. 100/100 service, hospitality, food. You will go all gaga over this venue.

Booked Golden royal for engagement for 180 pax, its a low budget place but believe me just taste the food and you can compare with any most premeium wedding venue. ambience is suoerb and most important the sales folks are very nice people
