Very horrible experience at Royal Mist Hall. Everything was unclean. From dishes, washrooms, cutlery to the floors. Everything was sticky, smelly and just unhygienic. The worst part was the waiters personal hygiene and dressing sense. They were walking around in chappals with ragged clothes. Very dim lighting with the valet service struggling to keep up.

We hosted a wedding on the terrace of green lounge. Very disappointed with our experience. Dirty bathrooms, waiters inappropriately dressed, no uniform, in chappals, shabby. Crockery and cutlery not clean. Dirty with food. Slippery sticky floors, poor lighting. No security, anybody could walk in. Will never host here again or recommend to anyone.

Worst Experience staff was so rude and manager was so careless that will ruining your guests experience don't book here...

Green Lounge was my engagement venue and i totally loved the place, the entire setting and the ambiance.

Green Lounge Fusion was my wedding venue.The property is very well made and beautiful in itself and the rooms are nice and spacious. The food is amazing.The venue is really nice and they fulfilled our expectations.We were totally satisfied by the services provided by them.

I had approximately 400-500 guests for my wedding ceremony held at the Green Lounge, the staff did a great job in handling my guests, I was really satisfied with their service!
