This hotel is a big NO I booked this hotel for my engagement and had the worst experience. Hall wasn’t decorated until 20 minutes before my guests started arriving. The washrooms were so dirty. Food was stale and served in plastic cutlery. We had to request the staff to serve food again and again. There was continuous power cut during ceremony.

I booked this hotel for my engagement ceremony. they did not provide what we paid for. The food was pathetic it was served in plastic cup and wooden spoons were used. food taste for below average. there was continuous power cut staff was untrained and dumb. no rooms were clean washrooms were dirtier than sulabh sauchalaya even public washrooms are better.

The ambience is good. The hotel has lot of venues big and small that makes it easy to accomodate for any size gatherings

Organized a wedding and it was well managed and good food overall. The venue has ample of space and banquet halls to accommodate any kind of gathering. Overall a good venue if you planning for any destination wedding.

We booked this place for my engagement ceremony. And the person I contacted was Nirmal Shukla. He is very professional and polite. From doing the enquiry till the last moment of my function, every experience has been good. Usually in our functions, we hired our fixed caterer only but since the hotel did not allow outside catering so we asked for food tasting which they readily agreed to. And I can say happily that I have no complains for any of the things. From food to decor and management, everything was great. Special thanks to Nirmal Shukla as he treated us like family and made sure everything was upto the mark.
