Beautiful hotel in a crowded and overcrowded area. Traffic is frequently an issue on the way here. I attended a wedding reception here, and it was a great hall with wonderful cuisine.

I went there to attend a wedding. The architecture is more appealing to me than the food. The location is very accessible. Food is adequate (I tried veg food). The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Fantastic location and meal... The venue was nicely furnished, and we had a good time at my friend's wedding celebration. Well-kept and comfortable environment... The highly competent and organised staff helped us feel completely at ease...

Today, January 25, 2021, I attended a wedding reception at the Hyatt Regency. The arrangements, food, and service are all excellent! Even the staff attire was a pleasant surprise! They were dressed appropriately for the occasion, in Dhoti. So precisely and methodically planned and carried out! It is not just customer service, but customer delight!

Excellent hotel. The food was delicious. There is also plenty of parking. However, the underground parking was in bad condition, with all scrap objects piled up in an unorganised manner. They feature a lovely hall and pre-function area that are excellent for wedding receptions or other occasions.

This is a five-star hotel in the centre of Chennai, right on Anna Salai, the main arterial route. As a result, all 5-star amenities will be available. I went to a wedding there and thought the brunch to be subpar. Even the coffee might have been improved. It was made clear that the tariffs are affordable, but only for the upper middle and high classes. However, because marriage hall rents in Chennai are pretty expensive, it would be beneficial and smarter to organise weddings in such hotels, which may become more inexpensive depending on the number of guests. The atmosphere and cleanliness would undoubtedly be superior to marriage halls due to more regular maintenance and housekeeping. The location is a significant advantage.

This hotel recently hosted a wedding. It was a magnificent venue with a raised platform for Hindu marriage rites that was beautifully decorated and lit. Homam was also performed. The lunch was set up in an adjacent room. There was authentic south Indian cuisine available. Our experience was positive. Of course, it was costly. Other advantages included convenient parking and a strategic location.

We have booked Hyatt regency for our intimate reception party. It had great ambience & the service was upto mark.

It had been a wedding. The decor and seating were excellent. The hall was pretty lovely and large. The buffet was on the first floor, which was also pretty wide and well-kept. Even though there was a large lift, an escalator would have been preferable because the throng would not have had to wait for the lift to transport them up and down. I'm not sure why many five-star hotels don't consider it. It was a pleasant experience.

A big 5 star hotel in a great location. Exhibitions and wedding celebrations are very popular here. Also well-known as a business class hotel.

One of the best places to stay and for weddings, however the food isn't up to par! It would be nice if the cuisine was better.

I was here for a wedding reception! The interiors are stunning. Obviously, a star hotel in its normal appearance and feel. Good security check and clean entry with comprehensive safety measures thanks to covid. They even give masks at the door and insist that all guests wear them. We arrived on a two-wheeler, which security refused to allow in the main door and sent us to a different entrance, however there were no suitable signage for the two-wheeler entrance and parking.

The venue was really good for an intimate event. We had our reception party and it was amazing.

We had a very memorable and cherishable Haldi at the poolside of Hyatt Regency Chennai! Right from the first, they were very accommodative with our asks and needs and guided on their experience on how we should go about the event considering wave 3 was going on. Appreciate their professionalism in allowing us to collaborate with the decoration vendor of our choice and gave the team all the support they required. Last but not the least, our guests were smacking their lips having the delicious spread they had set up for us. Kudos to the entire Hyatt Regency Chennai that we could have our dream Haldi 💛

Our experience at Hyatt was so welcoming & pleasant. Management was so good with maintenance and allocating rooms to all the guests without any hassle. Also, the banquet halls were quite nice for an intimate event. Glad we had chosen Hyatt for our special day! :)

It was actually hassle free Decor was done by my husband itself they gave the place well in advance for the decor to be done The food service and the food itself was very good The 450 people loved the food hall and the decor The rooms were very convenient for the makeup artists and the photographers It was heavily raining that day, loved how the arrangements were made by the hotel team accordingly. Overall it was a very memorable day for all of us

We booked the Hyatt Regency for our engagement. It's a really good venue and the ambience is great. You can host,both big and small gathering functions here. The management is really helpful and would make sure all the arrangements are done on time and professionally. We had a great experience. Loved the food too. Highly recommend it to others.

Hyatt Regency is a spectacular venue for any type of event. Their staff was extremely professional and polite. I loved their decorations and everything. It was a beautiful experience all because of them!

Fantastic food. There were so many types of desserts ad a great deal of variety for everyone.

The lunch was arranged in an adjacent space. True south Indian food was available. Our experience was good.Of course, it was expensive. Good parking services and central location were other plus points.
