Lawn was booked for reception till 11pm but midst of our event they told us rudely to vacate an hour earlier as they had some VIP guest who would be disturbed due to the lights !!!Was it done in requesting or polite tone?? The opposite.Did they partially refund the amount? No. When the bride & groom were having their dinner the waiters were more eager to clear out their plates. I wonder where their hospitality vanished !! And asking for a huge tip!! Their audacity amazes me ! There was no water provided in the rooms for the guests. Atithi Devo Bhav doesn't seem to apply here; even for something as basic as water!! Disguised as religious & holy place but it is totally commercialized!! Better to book a 5* hotel at the same expense. ISKCON isn't a cheap venue but their standard of services are very cheap & poor !! Think twice before hosting an event here.
