My daughter and I travelled from the United States to Hyderabad for a wedding at the ITC Kohenur Hotel. What an amazing experience on every level. Such a lovely, first-rate facility and site for our multi-day event. Our room was beautiful. The meal was plenty, diverse, and wonderful. Our utmost praise goes to the outstanding employees. Everyone was attentive, kind, and did their jobs with quality, from those who greeted us at the front door to the security guards at the entrance, to the professional, courteous, and helpful front desk, to the workers in the restaurants, to those serving coffee and clearing tables. I wish I had jotted down their names so I could thank/compliment them individually.
