I attended a wedding in one of the function rooms. Following supper, a couple of family members opted to go, while my father and I decided to stay. I approached the receptionist to arrange a cab when I was through for the night. I was perplexed by the response. Apparently, all hotel cabs had to be reserved 24 hours in advance. And he lacked the authority to reserve a third-party cab. Having spent the majority of my life in Sydney, I didn't have any local apps for ola, etc. on my phone. I had to call my relatives to arrange for a cab. Hopefully, our comments will help future guests avoid this problem.
