We'd like to convey our disappointment with ITC group during our wedding property visit at ITC Windsor Manor, Bangalore. My fiancé and I visited to look at the venue and was shown around by representative Adrija. Adrija had an indifferent attitude towards our queries - she was rude, impatient and reluctant to help us out. She misquoted the amount to us (stating nearly double the actual price). When we enquired about what would happen in the event of a low turnout, she displayed immense impatience. Her general tone was rude and disrespectful. We are shocked by the kind of hospitality we received at ITC. As we are looking at various venues, we had visited the Taj Westend and had a contrasting warm and positive experience. The Taj representative was happy to answer our questions, spent a liberal amount of time showing us around and followed up promptly with a quotation email. None of which was done with Adrija, who seemed to want the interaction to end as soon as possible. As prospective wedding clients, we are not only looking for a scenic venue but also a memorable and welcoming experience. One that Adrija, completely failed to deliver today. In our minds this is a poor reflection of the ITC Brand and the level of service we could expect at our wedding. For these reasons alone (despite our utmost love for the venue) we have chosen to not go ahead with your property. We hope that other prospective clients do not have to undergo the experience we had today.
