In addressing the concerns raised in the review, we would like to clarify that the event was initially booked for 130 guests , we were surprised to see more than double guests ( 293 to be precise ) that arrived, exceeding the agreed-upon number of guests. It is very disapoointing to see even after accomodating all your guests and providing them food and adequate sitting , Instead of thanking us , you left a negative review on our Google My Business profile. We would like to shed light on the fact that this was your second event with us ( First event was just two months ago - Proof is there on our instagram page ) , If the services would have been poor you wouln't have hosted your second event here .. It is very clear that your review was made with the intention of delaying payment, and we find this behavior unacceptable. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you remove your false review from our GMB profile. We take our reputation seriously and will not tolerate malicious or unfounded attacks on our business. Regarding the payment, we do have a transparent payment policy and expect our clients to fulfill their obligations.
