Enjoyed my stay here. The ambience is nice, and the staff are professional and kind. The service is excellent, and the dining area is very clean and hygienic. GM Sir is very particularly helpful. I had a great experience at the jewels resorts jaipur. The room was clean and well maintained, the ambience was peaceful & the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The check in process was smooth and room service was always prompt. Special thanks to the front desk team for their friendly attitude. I would recommend to stay if anyone visiting Jaipur

Came here to celebrate my sister's 20th birthday with 12+ family members and it was an absolute blast! Top notch food and service - the taste was simply incredible and I have no suggestions for improvement. Please don't hesitate in booking a seat here for family celebration!

I have attend wedding of my friend on 6-7 may 2025, the manager of this property Bhawani singh ruin his wedding, very disrespectful , egoistic and talking in very rude n bad tone with the elders and even women’s. I never recommended this property! There are many properties where you get the good hospitality.

If you want Good hospitality, don't go with this place, you will regret. All staff are good but the manager of this property is very unprofessional and talk with the bad tone.

The GM Bhawani Singh was dismissive and unprofessional, refusing to assist even when contacted. Overall, the management's behavior was unacceptable and detracted significantly from what should have been a joyful, memorable event. We strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this venue. They don’t even know how to talk with women also.

Visited this place for wedding inquiry met Manager Mr. Bhawani Singh who is ill mannered, unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. He lacks basic curtesy and respect. As a manager, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Want to accelerate this issue to the owner and whom so ever it is concerned.

Don’t spend your hard money in this property, don’t ruin your occasion, they have very bad behaviour, staff very rude specially the manager. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, think 1000 times before locking this venue!

Please think twice before puting your hard earned money in this banquet hall. In starting they will talk to you very nice. But at the time of providing services they will behave with you in abusive way.
