Dear Gurinder Ji, We signed a contract as per our discussion at the time of booking with complete brief. Every thing was crystal & clear in front of you. We were not charged anything extra , in case of extra consumption in hotel you have to pay sir that is not my falt. we just suggested u as per you budget that hotel is not ours. Every one knows 1 ltr mineral bottle hotel used to give in room after that guest have to pay for extra bottle. i dont thing so that is our part you & hotel need to clear thing if you are not aware with this thing. If you will use extra bed that hotel will charge extra for extra bedding or breakfast this also very much clear in front of every one, that is not our falt. If you want high end entertainment & uncle ( your father ) denied to pay for that, this is again not our falt. Sir this was first wedding in your family that is the reason, your was not aware with hotel rules. If you order for HI Tea for approx for 50 pax than again hotel will charge extra. You were consumed extra services from the hotel it dont mean they will not charge for the same. we are offered you just our venue. You asked for budget hotel we suggested you, I dont thing so were wrong some where. If Our guest consumed extra services from the hotel they will charge for the same. Sir your four family members were involved in your wedding family group on whats app, they were not sure they had to allow to give drinking water to your guest or not. hotel was taking approval for every signal things from you that was the reason of delay. you & me both knows about it. if you want i can share whatsapp chat also to u.
