Good ground staff, clean hotel. Bad experience in terms of paying for plates and food. Many plates were replaced from dining tables while guests moved a bit. This kept happening even after complaining to manager. Also when we counted number of guests based on gifts pics etc., plates charged were almost 20% higher. Don't want next Customer to be paying higher than consumed, Please have someone to monitor the plates system closely.
