Regrettably, the event was overshadowed not only by operational shortcomings but also by inappropriate behaviors exhibited by some staff members. These incidents compounded the challenges faced and severely impacted the overall experience of our guests. Below, I outline both the operational deficiencies and inappropriate behaviors observed: Operational Shortcomings: 1. Absence of hand washing soap in any of the provided rooms. 2. Inadequate air conditioning adjustments causing discomfort and illness among elderly attendees. 3. Malfunctioning flush systems in certain rooms. 4. Failure to change bed linens in any of the rooms. 5. Non-provision of room key. 6. Unpleasant odors in the bathrooms, despite prior notification to your staff. 7. Lack of fan installation in the lobby, leading to discomfort in hot conditions. 8. Non-functional 5-pin sockets in the rooms, impeding guests' ability to prepare and participate in scheduled activities. 9. Unannounced shutdown of air conditioning units. 10. Inoperative cooler units during the event, exacerbating discomfort during the day. 11. Insufficient mosquito control measures, resulting in discomfort for attendees. 12. Placement of damaged and torn furniture, including a sofa. 13. Water supply disruptions in the morning, causing embarrassment and inconvenience to our guests. Inappropriate Behaviors: 1. Rude and dismissive attitudes displayed by certain staff members towards guests' complaints and requests. 2. Unprofessional conduct, including inappropriate language and demeanor, towards event organizers and attendees. 3. Negligent handling of guest inquiries and concerns, leading to further frustration and dissatisfaction. These operational deficiencies and inappropriate behaviors significantly tarnished the reputation of Lotus Gold Farm and deeply impacted the success of our event.
