Extremely Disappointed the place had a foul, damp smell and the ventilation was horrible, and to make things worse, the AC wasn’t working. Despite repeated complaints, nothing was done about it. The staff and the owner of the resort was highly unprofessional – completely lacking basic courtesy and responsiveness. One of the most disturbing issues was at the swimming pool. There were random boys loitering and swimming there, making the environment extremely uncomfortable and after the complaint the owner said they are staff children we can't stop them. It was embarrassing and completely inappropriate during my friend's engagement celebration. Please do not consider this resort if you're planning anything remotely special. You will regret it – just like I do.
