Got engaged at Olde Bangalore resort last year (2019) and every arrangement exceeded expectations. The Olde Bangalore staff were well mannered and trained to a very high level, the curation of the menu was exceptional (veg & non-veg), their food is one of the best I've eaten in India, their high standards of hygiene and cleanliness was there for everyone to see, all the greenery in and around the property was refreshing to see and a treat to the eyes. Their eco-friendly and responsible practices really stood out. The property is built using locally sourced materials, many of the staff are hired from the near by village, a lot of their vegetables and fruits are locally sourced etc, filtered water and amazing cutlery (we opted out of using plastic bottles). Apart from all these highlights, what really stood out was, the entire property was wheelchair friendly, so my grandfather had no trouble getting around. These little things made a big difference to our overall experience. We got engaged by the pool, next to the lush green lawns, it was like a scene out of one of those fancy destination weddings ;). They even gave out rooms/tents for us to stay, they were so luxurious and comfortable! Already booked the place for the first week of July for our wedding and I can't wait for it!
