Warning: Do Not Book This Venue – They Ruined My Wedding These people are complete frauds. Please save your money—and more importantly, save yourself from the trauma of having your most special day ruined. I had a 3-day wedding event here, and I cannot express how many times I cried due to the mismanagement and broken promises. When we first visited for booking, they made endless promises and painted a beautiful picture, asking for a hefty advance. That’s where the fraud began. Despite booking the venue 6 months in advance, none of the promised arrangements were in place. We had our wedding in the scorching April heat without any functioning ACs, even though ACs were clearly mentioned and charged in the agreement. The excuse? “The vendor took the money and didn’t show up,”kal lagega, parso lagega'' Pathetic. There were no gates at the hall, no functioning locks on room doors, filthy and broken washrooms, and ACs that were just for show. Every single day we were told, “It will be fixed tomorrow,” but nothing ever was. We were running around behind staff, instead of enjoying our own wedding. The rooms provided were dirty, incomplete, and in some cases, totally unfit for guests. Even basic requests were met with responses like “Jo hai woh yahi hai” and “Dena to padega apko.” Unbelievable arrogance. On top of this, food items promised in the signed menu were missing, and when questioned, they shamelessly said things like, “Do dishes nahi diya to baaki to diya na” and “Sir ko ek katora rabdi de do.” They delivered absolutely nothing they promised, but still took the full payment. My family and I spent the entire wedding begging them to fulfill even the bare minimum. Instead of creating memories, we were left with deep regret. This was the biggest mistake of my life, and my once-in-a-lifetime event turned into a nightmare. Please don’t make the same mistake. Stay away from this place.

We have booked this place in December for 3 days for my brother's wedding in April. The owner has promised to get it ready before the date, but nothing was ready. The door of the banquet hall was broken. The mini banquet hall which we have booked for Sangeet, was not ready at all and we were asked to shift the venue. The services were very poor. The room door locks were broken. Accomodation was also arranged by them which was very bad. Rooms were not ready at all. AC was not working. There were frequent Power cuts and Water cuts. It was very embarrassing in front of the guests. We will never recommend this place to anyone.

Its a perfect place for all kind of events,the services are amazing and the food is mouthwatering.

The Queen Palace is very good and perfect for any kind of occasions be it wedding, engagement and birthday party. It is very very spacious and beautifully made as per latest requirement of customers. Mr. Kunal is also very cooperative and manages everything very well. He ensures to make your occasion pictur perfect and memorable .
