Title: Avoid This Venue for Your Big Day – Mismanagement, False Promises & Unethical Practices If you're considering this marriage garden for your wedding or special occasion, I strongly urge you to read this feedback before making a decision. What was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives turned into a frustrating and stressful experience due to the highly unprofessional management and misleading practices of this venue. Major Issues Faced: 1. Unfulfilled Promises & No Refunds: We were charged in advance for certain services like high tea, which were clearly mentioned in the quotation. However, these services were never provided during the event. Despite multiple follow-ups, Mr. Mukesh Saini, who initially promised to refund the amount, has completely stopped answering our calls. It's extremely disappointing to deal with someone who not only fails to deliver on agreed terms but also avoids communication when confronted. It speaks volumes about the lack of ethics and professionalism. 2. Pathetic Event Management: Be prepared for chaos if you trust them with event management. They aggressively upsell additional packages under the pretense of offering a "grand experience" but deliver absolutely subpar services. The varmala ceremony was delayed by a shocking 1.5 hours because they hadn’t even set up the stage on time. Everything was being done in a rushed, last-minute, makeshift manner. Our guests were left irritated and tired, which deeply affected the overall mood of the event. 3. Terrible Room Conditions: The rooms are falsely marketed as “rajwada style,” but in reality, they are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and far from the standards of even a basic lodge, let alone a 3-star facility. Broken furniture, filthy beds, zero ventilation – it was a nightmare to host our guests here. And yet, they charge premium prices. It's an utter rip-off. 4. Negative Market Reputation: After our experience, we learned that several people in the market have had similar complaints, especially about the owner. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t do our due diligence earlier. So take this as a sincere warning – do your research thoroughly before booking. Your wedding memories are priceless and shouldn’t be tainted by avoidable issues like these. Some Positives (To Be Fair): The place is undeniably picturesque and makes for beautiful photos. It is quite spacious, which is good for large gatherings. The food was good, and our guests did appreciate that part. Final Verdict: While the garden may look beautiful from the outside, what lies beneath is a mess of mismanagement, unfulfilled commitments, and unethical practices. Don’t be fooled by the charm of the venue or flowery sales talk. Choose a place that truly values your special day, because no one deserves the kind of disappointment we faced. Would I recommend this place? A strong NO.
