Beautiful place for a wedding. Great location, beautiful inside area, outside garden area and beautiful architecture, plenty of parking, beautiful view. The staff is warm and helpful without being overly formal

The staff and services are good. But They will take all the money in advanve so customer complaints are not heard and they are not concerned about feedbacks after the event. They will call again and again to confirm the function at their venue but least affected about the feedback and issues faced by the customer. Also dal in our menu was not good in taste as it felt like it was made a day earlier but overall taste of food is nice. gulab kheer is best. do include in venue if you book. there inhouse DJ prince is worst. better you have your playlist ready for you because his taste in music is pathetic and outdated.. not played even a single song as per todays trend and our event. Also the screen for DJ only displayed his contact no throughout our function which was looking very "desi". Pls make sure to take a commitment before hand to display only good videos on DJ screen to add grace to your function and avoid wastage of money you r investing on DJ screen as they charge separate 10k for DJ Screens. and dont book dj prince for personal functions. he is a bad choice Make sure the mess of the ealier events of Jyoti Garden in the same venue is clear as it affects the grace of your event when your guests enter the venue. These issues were faced by us during our event. Giving 3 stars only for the staff, waiters and hospitality. Best thing: Hospitality Worst thing: Venue focuses more on money profit than customers satisfaction
