my personal experience has been bad. too many layers to management..too many lies.. no options on event planner and decor team. jo hai usi se nibha lo aisa wala case hai.. not recommended at all

. If i could, i would give less than 1 star. Your closed one's wedding is a dream. If you don't want your dream to be polluted woth loot and toxicity by the external parties, please dont choose this place. They ask you money if you even wish to breathe in any portion of the venue. In order to avoid noise, our guest was answering a call in one of the banquets (which we didn't book). The manager Moris came and asked our guest to leave the banquet. I politely told that he will not take more than a few minutes. However, Moris said this is not included in the package. Haven't heard something more rubbish in a while. The entire management is divided into multiple layers and no one takes ownership. As per them, our guest count had gone up in some meals and i received an invoice from the reception. When i sought for clarification, they said Kitchen Department will share details. I have not received the details till date and but had to pay the amount before check out. While the food is good, they mess up on cost. The decor team headed by Sidhant Wankedhe (Also known as Lucky) is a sham. They degrade the pre-decided decor as per thier whims and fancies at the last moment when you cannot do anything, because you have already paid and your guests have arrived. Sidhant was never personally available to adress any concern that we had. When i called him, he had no answes and attempted to cover it with rudeness. They event team which designs welcome board and everything is a team of fools. They don't execute your designs, they don't change thiers. They make shabby designs with grammatical errors and when you ask them not repeat this in the next event, they don't put the welcome board at all in the next event. The hotel team head by Anmol has only ornamental presence. The rooms do not have toiletries, the electricity suddenly goes off for a good time, its raining heavily (and unexpectedly). At such time, seek intervention from Anmol who will only disappoint you and say "I apologise. But we cannot help right now". Team Ramesons, if your manager cannot help with toiletries, umbrella or electricity backup, you should not call yourself a hotel. They ask you to take only thier vendors, who actually charge more than what market does. While booking and even before the event, they show you best in class attitude. During and after the event, you just realized that you have paid the amount. Now they'll degrade everything possible and there's nothing you can do about it. Ramesons is a team full of attitude, money grabbers and inefficienct humans with no respect for thier own clients. Highly not recommended.
