Personally speaking, i had great hopes from such a big name. They did not live up to what was discussed and promised. Being a brand name makes no difference at all. All my wedding mood was ruined and we had to “adjust” because of a blunder made by their employees. We had to suffer. The food and hospitality was great on the other hand which had to be as it was a compensation to what they did!
