Good location for a wedding and reception; it can hold 500–600 guests at once; it is clean and well-maintained; however, parking may be a little challenging to arrange. The dining hall can serve more than 400 guests at once, but it is challenging to run a buffet there. It is also only 500 metres from the Mariappanapalya bus stop.
