Best as far as hospitality is concerned Food served was amazing too everyone appreciated the venue food hospitality and aura I am satisfied beyond words, If you ask me I would say great great experience of the property Mr Taran,Mr Pant and Mr Sumit are great professionals who after understanding your requirements provide you with the best services.

Disappointing Experience at Banyan Retreat, Corbett (Operated by Excel Hotel Group of unprofessional) Our experience at Banyan Retreat, Corbett was extremely disappointing due to poor management and unprofessional service. Unprofessional Staff & Poor Service: Majority staff is untrained local villages who were rude and misbehaved with guests. Basic hospitality and courtesy were lacking. Subpar Food Quality: The wedding catering was below average—the food was cold, tasteless, and many guests were unhappy with the limited variety. Event Mismanagement: The wedding arrangements were not as promised. The decor was incomplete, and the management was completely disorganized, making the entire experience stressful for the hosts. Overpriced & Poorly Maintained: The resort is overpriced for the quality it offers. The cleanliness, service, and overall experience do not justify the high rates. Say No to Banyan Retreat (Excel Group of unprofessional Hotels) for special occasions. Look for better venues in Corbett that provide professional service and a stress-free experience.

We recently attended a destination wedding at The Banyan Retreat, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The property is absolutely stunning, nestled amidst nature, offering a serene and picturesque setting. The arrangements for the wedding were impeccable. Each event was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. The Mehndi under the grand banyan tree had an enchanting, rustic vibe, while the carnival-themed Haldi was vibrant and full of energy. The starry night Sangeet was magical, and the wedding with its royal décor was nothing short of spectacular. The food throughout the celebration was delicious, with a variety of flavors catering to every palate. The service was flawless, with staff ensuring every guest felt special and taken care of. Highly recommended for any grand celebration!

This venue was booked for my wedding.. we had a 3 day event and all the functions took place at The Banyan Retreat. It was a fab experience for us.. Really impressed with their hospitality

The venue was beautiful and offered in house catering and decor and both of them were amazing.
