We booked 6 rooms and banquet for wedding event. It was a pathetic experience at multiple points due to zero management and availability of staff. 1. Dessert was changed without our consent at last moment, later when we raised a complaint, we were issued credit note instead of cash refund which can be used only at this hotel. 2. At the sajan kot table, we had almost 17 guests waiting to be served and the number was informed 20 min prior to the sitting. They had promised 8 complementary services and rest chargeable. However, they only served the bride and groom and none of the other members at the table were served the main course. Everyone had to self serve their food. 3. Only 1 waiter was assigned to seve starters to almost 250 guests !!! The room manager was extremely rude and unresponsive once we made the payment. And the hotel staff and managers definitely do not follow any TAT, we were give incomplete resolution after almost 15 days of raising the issues and asking for updates on calls/ messages repeatedly. We had the worst experience with them, there were so many other issues we highlighted but they instead put the blamed us and defended their own staff.

I booked baroda residency for my engagement and it was a small get together of my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This wedding would not have been possible without them. They ensured smooth functioning of the entire wedding function, their staff was extremely sweet and pro-active. I was more than happy with the venue.All our guests were extremely mesmerized by the place.
