This place is a hidden gem in Punjab for those who want a regal fort wedding. I met the General Manager Sandeep Sachdeva in January and booked the venue for November. I must have contacted him 20 times with lots of questions and photo requests and he was very patient and answered them professionally. The reason I went with The Fort was because of this professionalism of helping me out despite me being a professional working in another city. The other good thing about the venue is that it is a one stop shop for everything being included from decoration, food, jai mala, shenai team, greeting girls, flowers and the show stopper the Elephant on which the groom enters and does the jai mala with the bride (in the balcony). All our guests were very pleased with the effort put in by the team at Fort Ramgarh and specially the Jai Mala (replicating a scene from Romeo and Juliet) and are still talking about it. I had also had the opportunity of meeting the owner of the fort, the architect, the assistant manager and other members and they are all so welcoming and friendly that they felt like a big happy family. Even during the menu tasting and finalising I met the Head Chef who was just fantastic with his suggestions and made great food. The food is only vegetarian but for my wedding that is exactly what our families wanted. I will definitely be back and recommend this venue to anyone thinking about. Your guests will remember the great event just like mine. A grand affair indeed. Thanks again to the team at Fort Ramgarh. Having my wedding at your venue was one of the best decisions I have made.
