The staff is very very cooperative. They would go an extra mile to make your stay more pleasant. I had visited on my wedding anniversary and had requested them to arrange for a cake. To my surprise, they not only got a wonderful cake for me, but also arranged a pool-side candlelight dinner for all the guests that night and making it one of the most memorable holidays for me.
