We had our engagement ceremony at the Blossoms Banquet. The service was good and food was delicious. The only drawback is monopoly in decorator selection. There are only 2 inhouse decorators which are highly priced. Apart from this, the banquet management went an extra mile to add food options for Jain guests without any extra charges. Overall a great experience. Can be considered for small functions for up to 150 guests.

Tunga banquets experience was excellent with great service

The hotel is a good for any occassion.The staff are very polite & well mannered. All the satff are well grommed the anbience . food is super delicious . the hotel is neat .

Tunga 23.04.2022 (Honest feedback) My daughters 2nd birthday.This was her first birthday in India and we were very excited to celebrate her birthday at the Tunga International. The person we spoke to was Khusboo, who is Hotel Tunga’s management and event representative. We were told that for the birthday decorations, there were two decorators we would have to choose from. Our honest experience was as follows. We were told that the Tribune hall would be ready for our guests by 6:30pm to 10:30 and that Khusboo would deal with the decorators and arrange everything, so that all would be ready by at most 6:45pm. I spoke directly with Khusboo and despite of doubly confirming the time with her she said that it would be ready by 6:45pm and that she was an expert and it was her daily job to manage this. Our worst surprise came when we entered the venue for our daughter’s birthday and realised that there was a corporate function still going on at the venue and the poor decorators were preparing balloons and doing their work in an adjacent room as much as they could so that they would quickly install it when they get to enter the venue. When we asked Khusboo, she started asking the decorators as if it wasn’t her responsibility, despite of managing the previous event in the same tribune hall. There was no remorse or guilt and a blatant show of fake over confidence. The whole thing was very miss managed and by the time all the decorations finished it was almost 8pm. So, effectively our guests had arrived and were waiting when the decorators to complete their work. The whole thing was a disappointment. In the end we were happy withy the decorators work and the photographer, the food was good too, but throughly disappointed with Khusboo and Tunga Management. Conclusion, if you want to host a function at the Tunga, avoid dealing with Khusboo and avoid scheduling a function when there is a corporate event as that will always take precedence over yours.
