I stayed at the hotel the hotel is too much good. Everything was properly maintained. The stay was totally fabulouse. They treat you like a family. Food and stay was awesome. Worst experience as they ruined my special day i.e. my wedding on 21/11/2024. I was dreamed a lot of things about my entry during wedding and due to the poor electrical service the music system as well as the lighting system get off. My whole mood was off during the entry and due to which pictures also won’t come out good. After that they gives us a complementary stay at bikaner but on the last day before our journey to bikaner they sajd their is some glitch at the bikaner elite group hotel and they immediately cancelled the booking. Seriously i had the worst experience with them and will not be going to recommend them as they can ruin anyone’s special day

They made sure everything ran smoothly, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Facilities: The Birthday Party space was spacious, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The layout was perfect for our needs, and the amenities were top-notch. Catering: We chose North Indian Food option, and the food was delicious! Our guests are still raving about it. Value: Considering the quality of service and the beautiful setting, we felt it was well worth the investment. Overall Experience: Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our special day.
