I'm a US born and raised bride who was hoping to get married at the Westin. We rescheduled our wedding from December 2021 to February 2022 because we wanted to ensure that COVID cases in India were stabilized. However, getting in touch with the salespeople at the Westin to even get an initial quote was a headache. Malabika did not respond despite several follow ups and Phanindra only gave us an initial quote after we started to get rude and micromanage him. When we did receive the quote it was not according to our requirements and didn't even have the correct date. It was only after that that he told us our reasons for wanting to have the wedding at the Westin (the lawns, poolside venue) were currently undergoing renovations and were not able to be reserved. Brands like the Westin should not treat seriously interested parties and take so long to just generate a quote. If certain facilities are being renovated, communicate that upfront so that we can move on.
