Even if you don't bike, Throttle Shrottle is an event that brings out your inner "free spirit." There were no pretensions, frills, or anything else to go in the way of us (my dog and I) being at ease here, and that's what made things work for us. It was made healthy by the personnel, the owner, the dogs that were present, the fish, and the wonderful cuisine that was given. Looking forward to seeing your Goa goodness:).
