Please be careful when you are booking this place for any event . They are complete fraud and the management is really bad. I booked this place for 30th Sep and 1st Oct for my sisters wedding. Honestly I was very much disappointed by the management . Let me highlight the name as well; Mr Ashutosh who has no sense of dealing with client and other was Mr.Pushpita who started yelling at me just because I raised concern regarding breakfast. The place is beautiful but the management sucks . Our deal was for 2 days (30th Sep and 1st Oct ) where breakfast was included . Later we got to know though we have booked the entire place for 2 days the kitchen has some conditions. The event was during monsoon, so we decided to take the kitchen,since they don’t have any room or space for vendor to cook food. As per deal when kitchen is used by our vendor the hotel won’t be providing breakfast and we have to prepare breakfast for their staff. I called Ashutosh to check the number of staff in one shift and he informed me it’s 12 to 14 . Later we found there where 22 people. We still agreed and prepared food for their staff . Later my vendor informed me that Pushpita started yelling at my vendor as wanted staff to have breakfast and tea first. Even before the guest as I told my vendor to prepare breakfast around 10 AM. Post second day event when my vendor was supposed to clear the kitchen on 1st Oct midnight. I got to know the hotel won’t be providing breakfast as they were not prepared. I wondered how stupid these guys could be . As the checkout is on 2nd and it should have been taken care by the hotel . Bcz my event was for 30th Sep and 1st Oct and my deal with my vendor was the same (and as per agreement the hotel won’t give breakfast when kitchen is in use by vendor and my vendor was not using kitchen on 2nd ) When I called Pushpita and Ashutosh they started screaming and yelling at me and they said they are not prepared. I felt bad as if preparing their staff roster was my work and my fault for them being this stupid. Finally we gave up and asked our vendor to make breakfast for guest and not include their staff . After all this drama Pushpita on 2nd Oct asked my vendor to clear the kitchen as her guest were arriving. Funny part now they had resources and she completely forgot that We are still her guest . I don’t understand what 22 staff was doing when we asked for breakfast? Bcz of there stupidity we had to pay extra 1 lakh to our vendor and on top of that, we fed their 22 staff and our 34 guest for 2 days. Also, didn’t get any discount from Tree of life for not proving us breakfast for 2 days. 2nd concern : they said to serve alcohol, they need license and we gave them 36000 for 2 days alcohol license. Tho it was limited alcohol for 30 guest . And when we received the invoice the amount mentioned is 22000 . Wondering where is rest of my money ? Also, room 101 will give you wildlife experience and if you turn lucky you might find snake inside toilet Place is really far from city and you won’t get any Uber and auto . I won’t deny the fact the place is beautiful to stay for a day .not for any event .
