Hi All, This was my worst decision to book this resort for my wedding on 30th April not becoz of property but because of the worst manager sumeet sitting over there. He ruined my big day by not providing proper services and by his greedy nature. They just looted us. If you are looking for reliable services, kindly book some other place for wedding. Property owner should consider replacing his current staff with some professional staff. Management- He just irritated us for full payment and threatened us he will switch off all the lights if the full payment is not done. We already paid him 90% amount before wedding. Once we paid full, he left the property with mandap light switched off. We had a lot of trouble finding lights in mandap. Finally camera man managed to get his light for phera rituals. We booked bride mandap in small hall just to get lights and ac during morning shaadi rituals but this did not happen. Event- We booked 32 feet mirror entry with 2 feet height but they spoiled it by making it 24 feet and only 1 feet height. I paid them for cold fire with exact count i am looking for but they spoiled it by not providing when we needed the most during baarat. We booked shehnai to sit them on stage but they didnt give us stage for them to sit, even though we paid for stage. We booked led wall for our prewedding videos and photos screening but they didnt provide sound, even though we paid for sound and dj. DJ was worst. They were playing sad songs during haldi and making our moments worst. Food- They charge huge but provide worst quality food. In lunch, their staffs took our plate and he charged us extra for extra plates. In dinner, they really served limited qualities of starters and sweets and all my guests were complaining about it. #worstservice #looted #worstmanagement #lier #changemanagement #worstfood

Owner of Usha resort is much greedy. Usha resort's management and catering services are pathetic. He demanded whole amount to be paid before start of function. My sister marriage had been taken place in 1st fortnight of December 2024. Resort's catering team provided poor foods before guests. Owner and his representative took all payment before start of function. There is no scope of reconciliation. Please be vigilant before booking this Usha resort.

Room was decent size and balcony was nice. Pool facility was good. Staff was courteous.The Resort....the best...right from entry to rooms to food to ambience to cleanliness to poolside view to co- operative staff.. Evrythng was awesome. Looking forward for another stay..

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The resort is quite large, including banquet spaces and rooms that are on par with a five-star hotel. I will suggest it to anyone searching for a location in Patna for a destination wedding.
