This was our wedding venue and we are so happy we chose this. The venue is absolutely beautiful and can accommodate a lot of people. The venue is well maintained. The staff was super helpful. The decor and food was very well done. Recommended .

Kerala has something so magical about it. Lush greenery, backwaters, beaches, food and the people - it ticked every box for us! We chose Taj Bekal Resort & Spa as our venue. Since we planned the wedding from Sydney with the help of a wedding planner based in Mumbai, we really had to research and trust our wedding planners! I picked the venue and had our wedding planners go there to check it out! The best part about Taj Bekal Resort & Spa is that it has the beach on one side and backwaters on the other so we had our Mehendi & Sangeet by the beach and Wedding by the backwaters! The staff, the rooms, the service, the food and all the extra activities in their property were absolutely exceptional.Source

Our wedding was at Taj Bekal Resort and Spa, a venue Aathithya and I fell in love with during our very first meeting with our wedding designers. Its secluded and perfect for a close knit wedding . Aathithya is from Trivandrum and we wanted a destination wedding that still felt like home! Taj Bekal was just that! Our wedding took several months to plan and the staff at Taj Bekal went the extra mile and were always approachable, always helpful. The hospitality was incomparable! We're already waiting to go back for a vacation someday!Source

Aside from it being the hotel where Sid proposed to me, we just found the Taj Bekal Resort & Spa in Kerala to have an aura of calm and beauty. The main lawns of the resort overlook the backwaters and the ocean. Additionally the resort only has 66 rooms which means we could book out the entire place while keeping our wedding small. Source
